  • WaveSpeed AI / TensorPix: For video upscaling services when you choose to upscale your videos.
  • Cloud Storage (S3/R2): For permanent storage of your generated videos. Videos are stored securely in cloud storage.
  • Email Services: For sending verification codes and service notifications.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government regulation
• Protection of Rights: To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice to users)

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

• Encryption: All data transmitted over HTTPS/TLS 1.3. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt.
