1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using s4c ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

s4c is an AI-powered video generation platform that enables users to create high-quality videos using:

• Text Prompts: Describe your video vision in natural language
• Image Inputs: Upload images to use as the starting frame for video generation
• AI Models: OpenAI Sora 2 and Sora 2 Pro for state-of-the-art video generation
• Video Upscaling: Enhance video resolution using WaveSpeed AI or TensorPix
• Credit System: Flexible subscription and add-on credit options
• Payment: Binance USDT gift card integration for secure payments

Videos are generated using OpenAI's Sora models and stored permanently in secure cloud storage. The service supports video durations of 4, 8, or 12 seconds with various resolutions.

3. User Accounts and Email Verification

To use s4c, you must create an account and verify your email address. You are responsible for:

• Accurate Information: Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Email Verification: Verifying your email address using the verification code sent to you
• Account Security: Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials
• Account Activity: All activities that occur under your account, whether authorized or not
• Unauthorized Access: Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach
• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use this service

Email Verification: You must verify your email address before accessing full platform features. Verification codes are sent to your registered email and expire after 15 minutes. Unverified accounts may have limited access to certain features.

4. Acceptable Use and Content Policy

You agree not to use s4c to create, generate, or share content that:

• Illegal Content: Violates any applicable laws, regulations, or court orders
• Harmful Content: Promotes violence, hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Explicit Content: Contains nudity, sexual content, or graphic violence
• Misinformation: Spreads false information, deepfakes, or misleading content
• Intellectual Property: Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Privacy Violations: Violates privacy rights or contains personal information without consent
• Service Abuse: Attempts to reverse engineer, hack, spam, or abuse the platform
• Fraudulent Activity: Uses stolen payment methods, gift cards, or engages in fraud

We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict access to any content that violates these terms. Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

5. Content Ownership and Licensing

Your Content: You retain ownership of videos you generate using s4c. You may use, distribute, and commercialize your generated videos as you see fit, subject to these terms.

Service License: By using s4c, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Store and process your content to provide the service
• Display your videos through the platform interface
• Use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce these terms

OpenAI Usage: Your prompts and generation requests are processed by OpenAI's Sora models. Please review OpenAI's usage policies and terms of service.

6. Payment, Billing, and Credits

s4c operates on a credit-based system. Payment terms:

• Payment Method: Payments are processed via Binance USDT gift cards. You must provide valid, unused gift card codes.
• Credit System:
  • Sora 2: 1 credit per second of video ($0.10/second)
  • Sora 2 Pro: 3 credits per second of video ($0.30/second)
  • Subscription credits reset monthly
  • Add-on credits never expire
• Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.
• Refunds: All sales are final. Credits are non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion.
• Gift Cards: Only valid, unused Binance gift cards are accepted. Stolen or invalid cards will result in account suspension.
• Pricing: We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

7. Service Availability and Limitations

Availability: We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible)
• Unforeseen technical issues or outages
• Third-party service dependencies (OpenAI, payment processors, etc.)
• Force majeure events

Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes affecting active subscriptions.

Generation Limits: Video generation is subject to:

• Credit availability in your account
• Subscription tier duration limits (3s, 5s, or 10s)
• Rate limiting to prevent abuse (10 generations per minute)
• OpenAI API availability and quotas

8. Intellectual Property

s4c Platform: The s4c service, including its design, user interface, functionality, and underlying technology, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or reverse engineer the platform
• Create derivative works based on our service
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without permission
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to our platform

Third-Party IP: OpenAI Sora models, Binance payment processing, and other third-party services are subject to their respective intellectual property rights and terms of service.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

Service "As Is": s4c is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, s4c shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, revenue, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions, delays, or failures
• Third-party service issues (OpenAI, payment processors, etc.)
• Content generated that doesn't meet expectations
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence

Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

By You: You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon termination:

• Your subscription will be cancelled (no refunds for unused time)
• Remaining credits will be forfeited unless otherwise specified
• Your account data will be deleted after 90 days
• Generated videos may be retained for service recovery purposes

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Engage in fraudulent activity or payment fraud
• Abuse the service, spam, or attempt to hack the platform
• Use stolen gift cards or payment methods
• Create illegal, harmful, or prohibited content

Terminated accounts forfeit all credits and subscriptions without refund.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by:

• Email notification to registered users for material changes
• Posting updated terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date
• Displaying a notice on the platform for significant updates

Continued use of s4c after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must terminate your account.

12. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of s4c shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.

13. Referral Program Terms

s4c offers a referral program where you can earn credits when others use your referral code:

• Referral Rewards: Credits are awarded based on the subscription tier of the referred user:
  • Starter ($1.00): 10 Sora 2 credits
  • Basic ($4.99): 50 Sora 2 credits
  • Premium ($14.99): 100 Sora 2 credits
  • Pro ($26.99): 150 Sora 2 credits
• Eligibility: Rewards are only granted when the referred user completes a paid subscription
• Abuse Prevention: Self-referrals, fake accounts, or fraudulent referrals will result in account termination
• Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time
